By booking with us, you are accepting and agreeing to the rules, policies, and release of liability and all other stated content on this website and on Airbnb.

Pricing

PRICING

Pricing fluctuates depending on the time of year. Please refer to the pricing calendar on Airbnb.

1-2 People

The Clamshell & The Mussel are studio condos, so 2 people fit the most comfortably. The regular nightly pricing is for 1-2 people.

Requests for 3 or more people will be denied.

Sleeping Configurations

1-2 People

2 people on the same queen bed

Sorry 3+ people just don’t work here. It would be a very tight “bed of clams”.

CHECK-IN/ OUT

Check-in after 4:00 p.m. You will check yourself in with a code. If you are arriving after quiet hours, please be mindful of your noise level.

Check out is 11:00 a.m. Because of housekeeping, we have to keep to the checkout time.

At this time, we do NOT accommodate early check-in, late check out, and luggage drop off.

LONG TERM STAYS

We are not currently accepting long-term (over 30 days) stays.

All bookings are completed through Airbnb

For convenience, ease, and peace of mind for both us and our guests, all bookings are done through Airbnb. When you click on the button “Booking Information”, it will take you to a page with each separate Airbnb listing.
